Dennis and I wanted to again thank you for putting in a great looking fence. When deciding on the fence I was not 100% positive that the 6' would be best for us. Now that the fence is done, I can see that it does indeed compliment the house. The ornamental fence is a big plus and completes the look. Your installers did a wonderful Job. I recently had some work done by Mayfield Fence and Supply. They did a good job. They gave me a price on the job, but later found out they had to have more materials to complete the job. They still went by their quoted price and did not charge me more. They did their job on time. The installers were neat, polite, and professional. We highly recommend Mayfield Fence and Supply to you and your customers. After the completion of our pool, we wanted a specialty fence to match fences already on the property. We chose an unusual combination - 5 foot cedar pickets with 1" space - and having trouble finding it. We contacted Mayfield and they responded promptly. Their price was fair. Initially we had a misunderstanding about the placement of the fence posts, but Mr. Mayfield corrected the problem and provided us with an excellent product. I want you to know how great Mark C. (Sales Rep) has been in helping me with my recent purchase. I needed a fence installed that would keep my cats in and the neighbors dogs out. This used to be a cat-friendly area, but my dearest pet was killed in my own yard last year. Now I'm surrounded by sixteen dogs and have three kittens who desperately want to go outside. As you can see, I wasn't the easiest client to help, but Mark Mayfield was incredible. He seized the challenge, helped think through the problem and even spoke to the installer about my situation. He didn't blink when I changed my mind about the placement of part of the fence, and he was gracious in helping me figure out my financing. Oh, and I forgot to mention how he guided me through my general ignorance of fencing. I didn't intend to be a problem customer, but I know I was even though he made me feel like I was completely normal and that my confusion and anxiety were a routine part of any fencing installation.I just wanted you to know what a great professional you have. In April of this year, my husband called regarding an ad we received from Mayfield Fence and within a few days a representative came to our home to give us an estimate. He was very professional and not once tried to pressure us at all. We told him we wanted to get several estimates and he said he certainly understood and gave us his card and told us to call if we had any questions. We did get other estimates, but went with Mayfield Fence. The workers that came out were great! They installed the post and returned in two days to complete the installation. There were a couple obstacles that came up that had absolutely nothing to do with your company. We were very impressed how the on-site supervisor handled this with such professionalism and respect.
